We have passion for food that is shareable, inspiring, and totally unique.
Miami will never experience Mexican cuisine the same after visiting OLLA (pronounced oi-ya). Located on the iconic Lincoln Road, OLLA celebrates the authenticity of Mexican roots and features the diverse regional cuisines from Oaxaca to Puebla, Yucatan to Veracruz, and beyond while implementing modern techniques and global influences.
The meaning behind OLLA translates to a ceramic pot used for cooking where dishes are served in shareable bowls for an experience full of intimacy and warmth. At OLLA, we offer dishes truly designed for sharing in an atmosphere planned to invite you to be open to new experiences and flavors.
We love food but we also love fiesta, color, and drinks.
OLLA’s central point is an astonishing bar surrounded by a landscaping mural inspired by the famous Mexican artist Diego Rivera painted by Miami local Juan Manuel Rozas. Our drinks have a little Mexican spirit for every taste and mood; the wide-ranging menu offers an upbeat stamina of tequila and mezcal alongside traditional accompaniments like sangria, eclectic and rare selections of wine, and beer from Mexican and local brewers (think Micheladas).
Since we opened our gates in Miami, there is always a fiesta at OLLA, where visitors and locals can enjoy diverse and dynamic flavors from Mexico in an upbeat and friendly atmosphere.
